These terms govern every order placed with through . Please read them before placing an order — by completing checkout you confirm that you accept them.
1. The contract between us
Your order is an offer to buy from us. We accept that offer when we send a confirmation email after your payment has been authorised — at that point a contract is formed. We may decline an order at our discretion (for example, if an item is out of stock or the price was listed in error); in that case we'll refund any payment in full.
2. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT at the prevailing rate where applicable. Delivery charges are added at checkout and shown before you pay. Payment is taken in full at the point of order via Stripe — we never store your card details ourselves.
3. Delivery
We deliver within the United Kingdom only. Estimated delivery times and shipping costs are shown on our Delivery & returns page and at checkout. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you supplied.
4. Your right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you have a statutory right to cancel your order for any reason within days of receiving the goods. Items must be returned unused, in original packaging and in resalable condition. You bear the cost of return postage.
We reserve the right to deduct from your refund an amount reflecting any reduction in the item's resale value where it has been handled beyond what was necessary to establish its nature and characteristics — for example a box showing signs of use, broken seals, or opened or removed toys, treats or accessories. This is permitted under regulation 34(9) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Some items are excluded from the statutory right of cancellation — for example, goods that are sealed for hygiene reasons and have been unsealed, opened or used toys, or goods made or personalised to your specification.
The full returns process is set out on the Delivery & returns page.
5. Faulty or incorrect goods
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If your order arrives faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, contact us within a reasonable period and we'll arrange a free return and either a replacement or a full refund.
6. Liability
We accept full liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise our total liability to you for any loss arising from a contract with us is limited to the price you paid for the goods.
7. Privacy
We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy policy. By placing an order you consent to that processing.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published on this page at the moment you placed it.
9. Governing law
These terms and any contract formed under them are governed by the law of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
10. How to reach us
