We ship every order from the United Kingdom, usually within one working day of payment. Below are the specifics — delivery times, costs, and how to return an item if it's not what you hoped for.

Delivery times

Standard UK delivery: from the date we dispatch your order. We dispatch Monday to Friday; orders placed at the weekend or on a bank holiday are processed on the next working day.

You'll receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and a second email with a tracking link when it ships.

Delivery cost

Delivery cost is shown on the basket page and at checkout before you pay. We don't add any fees after that point.

Where we deliver

We currently ship to addresses in the United Kingdom only. International delivery is not available at the moment.

If your order hasn't arrived

If your order is significantly later than the estimate above, please email with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier. We'd rather hear from you than have you wait.

Returns

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have days from the date you receive your order to notify us that you'd like to return it. See our Terms & conditions for the full legal detail.

How to return an item

  1. Email with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return, within the -day window. We'll reply within one working day with a return address.
  2. Pack the item in its original packaging — the packaging must be intact and unmarked. Items should be unused, unopened, and with any tags or seals still attached.
  3. Post it back to us at your own cost using a tracked service. You're responsible for the item until it reaches us, so we'd recommend insuring high-value returns.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item we'll process your refund within fourteen days, back to the original payment method.

Returns in diminished condition

We reserve the right to deduct an amount from your refund to reflect any reduction in the item's resale value — for example if the box shows signs of use (scratches, fur, chew marks, smells of catnip), if seals have been broken, or if any included treats, toys or accessories have been opened or removed. The deduction is set against the original price of the affected items.

Items we can't accept back

  • Opened or used treats, food items, or anything sealed for hygiene reasons.
  • Opened or used toys.
  • Items personalised or made to your specification.
  • Items damaged through use after delivery (unless faulty on arrival).

Damaged or faulty on arrival

If your order arrives with visible damage to the outer packaging, please note this with the courier at the point of delivery — it makes any subsequent claim much faster to resolve. If you discover damage to the contents only after unboxing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at with photos and we'll arrange a free return and either a replacement or a full refund.

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 — including the 30-day short-term right to reject faulty goods — are unaffected by anything on this page.
